CeliaWay Foundation, Inc., is a local not for profit organization that provides an adult sober living environment for ex-offenders and felons on probation.  Our reentry program is designed to help returning citizens successfully "reenter" communities following their incarceration to help reduce recidivism and improve public safety by decreasing criminal activity, homelessness and drug abuse.

Our primary focus is to remove or reduce barriers to successful reentry, and help motivate individuals to compete for jobs, attain stable housing, support their children and their families, and make positive contributions to their communities. CeliaWay Foundation, Inc. partners with numerous San Joaquin County organizations to help bridge the gaps to self-sufficiency. We also work directly with California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for resident referrals and to ensure parole compliance.

CeliaWay Foundation, Inc. has five sober living homes located in Stockton, CA, that provide over 70 beds for our residents. We provide housing, hot and cold meals daily, transportation and personal and emotional support. Each resident has access to a bedroom, bathroom, lounge area, laundry access, hygiene supplies and a place to dine. Experienced House Managers are assigned to each home and are CPR certified and trained to perform random drug testing and room checks. House Managers also ensure the residents comply with the house rules.
